Lakeside Landing has been Lake Conroe’s premier dry boat storage facility for over 15 years. We are 10.5 miles west of the intersection of IH 45 and HWY 105, between the entrances to April Sound and Walden. We are located directly on HWY 105, with frontage on a beautiful private lake for your launch.

-We are the only dry boat storage facility located directly on Hwy 105, and located on a private lake that feeds directly into Lake Conroe, and that offers free unlimited “valet launching” into the lake directly from our facility. Our mangers also live on-site. We launch your boat into the water by tractor. We hook up our tractor to your boat and trailer while it’s in your stall and launch your boat into the water via our concrete ramps. After you are launched we park your trailer by our ramp. When you come back in we hook your trailer to our tractor, we “recover” you (join your boat and trailer) and put your boat and trailer back into your stall. Our private lake is protected which allows you to break out and stow your gear without being rocked. Of course you can launch and recover yourself depending on your needs and “skills.”

-All of our stalls have concrete floors and all of our drives are concrete. Every stall is lit and has an electrical outlet. Locks are provided.

-Only our tenants can use our launch facilities, so there is no waiting on public launching.

-We have made arrangements with several boat repair shops to allow them to pick up your boat at your stall for repairs and maintenance.
